Miranda is a founder of Byrd & Cioromski, P.C. and has over 15 years of experience working with banks and financial institutions, real estate investors, small to large companies and individuals. She has handled thousands of foreclosures, both commercial and residential, and all other matters that stem from troubled loans, such as building court matters, tax deed issues, settlement negotiations, short sales, forbearance agreements/loan modifications, receiverships, mechanic liens, fraud, title claims, REO closings, evictions and mediations.
She has represented secured and unsecured creditors in numerous bankruptcy proceedings and handles a variety of contested matters. She has successfully negotiated millions of dollars of distressed loans for her clients. Miranda’s clients count on her for her responsiveness and ability to be creative when solving complex legal problems. While her practice is centered around creditors’ rights and real estate law, Miranda handles an array of other matters such as real estate transactions and general legal issues.
