About Byrd & Cioromski, P.C.

My entire life I wanted to be an attorney. I’ve always loved helping people and I’ve always been one to find solutions to problems when others could not. I like to look at an issue from all angles to see all sides of an argument. I’ve always been one to play devil’s advocate and it has helped shape my career and how I approach cases. Whether it is a simple legal issue or something that requires thinking outside the box, I work with clients to try to obtain the results they desire in the most cost-effective way.

-Miranda E. Byrd, Founding Partner

Protecting my client’s interest is always my main objective while being mindful to close the transaction efficiently and effectively. I make it a priority to promote ethical values in the practice of business and transactional law while emphasizing the value of structuring a transaction to prevent litigation and to encourage dispute resolution. I believe that an attorney adds the most value to a transaction when we act as a facilitator to a deal as opposed to acting as a barrier”.
